Step 1

Upload your documents in advance of your booking
Upload your documents in advance of your booking

In advance of your booking, we require you to provide us with a few documents to help us get you set up as a Zoomo rider. We need:

  • A valid Picture of your photo ID (see full listing below)
  • 1 x Proof of Address (bank statement + tenancy agreement or drivers licence)

Before you come in on the day, make sure you’ve uploaded pictures of these via the link below.

In advance of your booking, we require you to provide us with a few documents to help us get you set up as a Zoomo rider. We need:

Bring your physical documents to your booking appointment

On the day, make sure to bring the physical copies of the documents you uploaded above. These must be the same address, and in your own name.

If you work as a Delivery rider for Deliveroo, UberEats or Stuart - please let the in-store staff know so that we can apply your discount.

Proof of ID, we accept:

  • National identity card bearing a photograph
  • Current UK or EEA photocard driving licence: Provisional is ok (if not used as proof of address)
  • EEA member state identity card
  • Firearms or shotgun certificate
  • Current signed passport
  • Valid Student ID Card

Proof of Address documents, we accept:

  • Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement or passbook
  • Utility Bill (electricity, gas, water, internet)
  • Council tax bill from the current year
  • Pay slip from employer
  • Letter from a university or college (only accepted if you are living in student accommodation)
  • Letter from Benefits Agency
  • Mortgage statement (valid within 12 months)
  • Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate
  • Electoral Register entry
  • NHS Medical card or letter of confirmation from GP’s practice of registration with the surgery
  • National identity card bearing a photograph (front and back)
  • HMRC self-assessment letters or tax demand dated (valid for during financial year 5th April - 4th April)
  • Credit card statement

Bring a valid debit or credit card

In store, our team will set you up with a Zoomo billing account. This will take care of your payments every week, so you don’t need to worry about it.


You’ll need to bring a valid debit or credit card in your own name. Please note, we cannot accept cash as payment.


On the day, you will need to pay:

  • Your first week rent
  • £25 starter fee to cover the registration of your rental
  • Optional theft cover
  • Refundable deposit. when you return the bike in full working condition we will return this deposit to you within 10 working days (£100 when optional theft cover taken)

In store, our team will set you up with a Zoomo billing account. This will take care of your payments every week, so you don’t need to worry about it.

Once you’re registered with us, you will be able to take your e-bike away with you and start riding straight away. You should familiarise yourself with the road rules for cyclists, look after your bike as if it were your own and make sure that you always lock your bike securely.
