Yes, free maintenance and servicing is included during the 16 week plan but you will be required to pay for any damage that isn’t wear and tear. Just make sure to make a booking prior to dropping your bike into a workshop for a tune-up.
At the end of the plan the bike belongs 100% to you. We recommend bringing the e-bike to us for any work that may need to be done. To help you with the cost, we offer maintenance plans for Zoomo owners.
Yes, you can access the MyZoomo App and GPS tracking service for your used bike by subscribing to the $15 add-on. If you choose not to subscribe or stop paying for it, we will recall the bike to remove the GPS tracking device. For RTO customers, the GPS tracking remains active during the RTO period, with the option to continue the service after finalising the RTO. If declined, we will recall the bike to remove the GPS tracking device.
Yes, you can break your RTO agreement at any time during the 16-week period. However, please note that no weekly fees will be refunded; it's as if you have been renting the bike at $99 per week until that point. You will receive a refund for the remaining portion of the $150 down payment after accounting for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
