We understand that situations may arise where you are unable or unwilling to continue paying your RTO plan. You can simply end your plan at any time without a break fee. and Zoomo will return the $300 down payment. Once you return the e-bike (minus any repair costs for damage that isn’t wear and tear). Please be aware you won’t get a refund for any weekly fees you’ve already paid.
Yes, free maintenance and servicing is included during the 12 month plan but you will be required to pay for any damage that isn’t wear and tear. Just make sure to make a booking prior to dropping your bike into a workshop for a tune-up.
At the end of the plan the bike belongs 100% to you. We recommend bringing the e-bike to us for any work that may need to be done. To help you with the cost, we offer maintenance plans for Zoomo owners.
