How do I get a bike?

1 - Book an appointment

Schedule time to pick up your e-bike from our store in Midtown. Book now!‍

2 - Submit ID and Proof of address for approval
Ahead of your appointment, our team will text you with a link to submit your photo ID and proof of address.

3 - Come to our store
Visit our store at 252 W 38th Street in Midtown Manhattan. Get directions here.

4 - Choose your plan and pay for your e-bike
Our team will help you pick the best plan for your delivery needs. Please note all rental plans require a $99 deposit at pick up.

5 - Start riding!
Get your e-bike and start delivering! Bikes are available the same day.

How do I qualify for the Uber Eats discount?

Couriers with active Uber Eats profiles are eligible.

Our team will ask to see your Uber Eats profile when you pick up your e-bike. Please note that your Photo ID and Uber Eats profile must match in order to qualify for the discounts.

What are the requirements to rent from Zoomo?

Zoomo Rental requirements:

‍- Photo ID (passports are accepted!)
- Proof of address (posted mail, bank statement, apartment lease agreement, utility bill, etc.)
- Debit or credit card (we do not accept any cash or Apple/Google pay
You must be 18 years or older. )
- Must be 18 years or older

In order to qualify for discounts through Uber Eats, you will also need to show your Uber Eats profile. Your profile must be active and must match your Photo ID.

What happens if my bike gets stolen?

Please immediately file a police report and notify Zoomo representatives. We have a team of recovery specialists who will attempt to get your e-bike back using GPS tracking.
