I am a courier, do I get a discount?

Yes, we have an agreement with the main delivery platforms in the UK. We offer exclusive discounts with Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat. The discount varies depending on the city.

What do I do if my bike needs repair?

Wear and tear maintenance is included in your subscription. Come to your Zoomo shop when you need it.

What does my electric bike subscription include?

Whichever plan you choose, we've added lots of extras to help you enjoy your e-bike from day one.

What are the requirements for renting?

A copy of your photo ID and a copy of proof of UK address

What if my bike is stolen?

Contact us as soon as possible; there is a possibility of recovering it thanks to the GPS. If you are unable to recover it, we will need you to report the incident to any police station.

How long does the electric bike battery last?

With the electric battery, you can drive for up to 8 hours or more, depending on how efficiently you drive.
