Do I need to be a delivery courier to use a Zoomo electric bike?
No. While our bikes were designed for delivery riders, they are still able to be ridden by anyone.
What’s included with my bike subscription?
Whatever plan you choose, we loaded a ton of extras for you to enjoy riding your e-bike from day one. All plans include 24/7 access to your Zoomo e-bike, safety onboarding, a secure U-lock, a battery charger and a phone USB port for charging on the go.

Is it legal to use any e-bike for delivery in Australia?
Using an illegal e-bike can result in fines, bike confiscation, or even injuries due to unsafe battery and build quality.
At Zoomo, our e-bikes are 100% legal, compliant with Australian regulations, and purpose-built for delivery riders.

What repairs and maintenance are included with my subscription?
All standard wear-and-tear maintenance is included at no extra cost. This covers routine servicing, flat tyres, brake repairs, and chain adjustments.
How do I book a repair?
To schedule a repair, simply connect to your account in the MyZoomo app and book your desired appointment.
How do I service a Zoomo e-bike that I own?
We recommend bringing the e-bike to us for any work that may need to be done. To help you with the cost, we offer maintenance plans for Zoomo owners.
How do I book a return, and is there an early exit fee?
You must book your return at least 4 days in advance to avoid a Walk-in Fee.
If you are returning early on a Pro or Boost plan before your contract ends, an early Break Fee equal to 50% of your remaining balance will also apply.

What is covered under Theft Protection?
Theft Protection covers the bike frame and main battery. It does not cover stolen accessories or non-frame parts (such as keys, fobs, phone holders, lights, or seat sets).
What happens if I lose my bike or it gets stolen?
Please immediately report to the police and notify Zoomo representatives. A secure lock is included in your rental with Zoomo and we will also provide you with a guide on how to lock your bike securely.
We also advise that you take out Theft Protection to reduce your liability.
