How can I buy my Zoomo electric bike?

Simply visit one of our stores during opening hours.

Our team will conduct an inspection of your bike to ensure it is in perfect condition before handing it over to you.

We will then finalize the sale, provide you with your receipt and your warranty.

What happens if something goes wrong? Is there a warranty after purchase?

Yes, your Zoomo bike is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

The coverage duration varies depending on the components and excludes normal wear and tear. Check our official warranty policy for more details.

Are the battery, chain lock, and phone mount included?

Yes, the battery, chain lock, and phone mount are all included with your purchase.

What should I do if my electric bike needs a repair? Do I receive the maintenance and support that Zoomo is known for?

Bike repairs are available at Zoomo.

You will need to pay for repairs just like at any regular repair shop. The price list is available in our terms and conditions.

Are there any government subsidies available to help me purchase the bike? Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, grants of up to €400 are available depending on your income and place of residence:

• France (national): up to €400 (based on income)
• Paris region: €400 (available to everyone)
• Lyon region: up to €400 (based on income)
We also offer payment plans through Alma.

You can split your payment into up to 4 monthly installments at no extra cost.
