All our refurbished bikes undergo a strict process and inspection:

  • The bike is fully degreased, cleaned, and protected to maintain a “like-new” appearance
  • Wear parts such as brake pads are replaced with brand-new components during refurbishment.
  • All electrical components are tested and validated during inspection.

For all these reasons, every used bike is covered: 1 year on the frame and fork, 12 months on the electrical components, and 3 months on the drivetrain, wheels, brakes and saddle.

Yes, your Zoomo bike is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

The coverage duration varies depending on the components and excludes normal wear and tear. Check our official warranty policy for more details.

Are the battery, chain lock, and phone mount included?

Yes, the battery, chain lock, and phone mount are all included with your purchase.

What should I do if my electric bike needs a repair? Do I receive the maintenance and support that Zoomo is known for?

Bike repairs are available at Zoomo.

You will need to pay for repairs just like at any regular repair shop. The price list is available in our terms and conditions.

Are there any government subsidies available to help me purchase the bike? Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, grants of up to €400 are available depending on your income and place of residence:

• France (national): up to €400 (based on income)
• Paris region: €400 (available to everyone)
• Lyon region: up to €400 (based on income)
