What is included in my bike subscription?

Zoomo offers a turnkey service so you can enjoy your bike with complete peace of mind.Our subscription includes:

24/7 access to your Zoomo e-bike and its accessories (charger, phone mount, and lock).

A free preventive maintenance program that covers flat tires, brake pads and bleeding, and inspection of the electrical system.

Access to the MyZoomo app, which allows you to manage your subscription and locate your bike.

What should I do if my bike needs a repair?

Zoomo is committed to repairing or replacing your bike within 24 hours.
You can book your service or repair through your customer account.
If it’s urgent, visit our store and we’ll do our best to help you.

What should I do if my bike is stolen?

Please inform the Zoomo team within 24 hours and file a report with the police.
A U-lock is included with your rental, and we also provide a guide on how to lock your bike securely.

We also recommend subscribing to Theft Coverage to reduce the theft deductible..

How do I end my subscription?

You can schedule the return of your bike from your customer account.

Depending on your subscription, you will have a minimum commitment period.If the bike is returned before the end of this period, all remaining payments will still be due.Once your commitment period has ended, you can return your bike without notice.
