For both vehicles:
- Proof of address — utility bill or residence certificate, less than 3 months old
- Bank card in your name — used to set up the rental contract
- Photo ID — passport or national identity card

If you're renting a scooter, you'll also need:

- Moped license — AM or B. Foreign and international licenses accepted with at least 3 months validity remaining in France

Scooter riders get their first week free — after that, your plan continues at the standard weekly rate (Basic: 59€/week, Range+: 75€/week). E-bike riders get €10 off their first month, then the standard monthly rate applies. All prices include tax.

All plans include preventive maintenance, flat tyres, brake pads, electrical checks. If something breaks, book a service through your MyZoomo account or come directly to our Paris or Lyon store. We aim to repair or replace within 24 hours.

Your plan includes the vehicle, liability insurance, integrated GPS, removable battery, delivery box, USB phone charging port, and access to the MyZoomo app. Everything you need to start delivering, nothing extra to buy.

Let us know within 24 hours and file a police report. A U-lock is included with every rental. We also recommend adding Theft Coverage to your plan to reduce your excess if the worst happens.

Your plan continues automatically at the standard rate, nothing to do. Scooter riders pay the full weekly rate from week 2.

E-bike riders pay the standard monthly rate from month 2. No surprises.

Schedule your return through your MyZoomo account. Once your minimum commitment period is up, 1 month for most plans, 3 months for Pro, you can return your vehicle with no notice and get your deposit back.
