How do I buy my Zoomo e-bike?

Just visit any of our stores during opening hours.

‍Our team will inspect your bike to ensure it’s in perfect condition before handing it over. We’ll then finalize the sale, provide your receipt and warranty, and you’ll be ready to go.

What if something goes wrong? Is there a post-purchase warranty?

Yes, your Zoomo bike includes a warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What do I do if my e-bike needs repair? Do I get the maintenance and support Zoomo is known for?
