What do I do if my bike needs repair?

Wear and tear maintenance is included in your subscription. Come to your Zoomo store when you need it.

What does my electric bike subscription include?

Whichever plan you choose, we've added lots of extras to help you enjoy your e-bike from day one.

What are the requirements for renting?

- 18 years or older
Government-issued photo ID (passports are accepted!)
- Proof of address (bank statement, utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
- Debit or credit card

What if my bike is stolen?

If your bike is lost or stolen, please report it to the police immediately and notify Zoomo. Your rental includes a secure lock, and we provide a guide on how to lock your bike properly. To reduce your liability, we recommend opting for Theft Cover. Zoomo also has a recovery team that can help track and retrieve your bike using GPS.

How long does the electric bike battery last?

With the electric battery, you can drive for up to 6 hours or more, depending on how efficiently you drive.
