Safety legal, ride safe

Riding illegal is not worth the risk.

Illegal e-bikes are being confiscated by the Met Police daily. Unsafe batteries, no insurance, fines up to £300, and your bike gone, just like that. More riders are making the switch before it's too late.

  • Illegal batteries cause house fires — it's more common than you think
  • Met Police confiscated 5,000+ e-bikes last year. No warning, no appeal
  • No insurance. One accident, all costs on you

"I had my bike taken by police on a Tuesday morning. Lost 3 days of work and had to pay to get it back. Switched to Zoomo the week after, never looked back"

- 24/7 access to your Zoomo e-bike

Who can access this offer?

This plan is exclusive to Uber Eats riders who have received a direct email invitation from Uber. It's capped at 50 riders. If you haven't received an invite, get in touch with Uber Eats directly.

What do I need to bring on pickup day?

Photo ID and proof of UK address. You'll also complete a quick safety check at pickup — takes about 10 minutes and you're good to go.

What do I do if my bike needs a repair?

Maintenance is included in your plan. Come to your nearest Zoomo store in Tower Bridge or Bethnal Green and we'll sort it. We aim to repair or replace within 24 hours.

What if my bike is stolen?

Contact us immediately — there's a good chance we can locate it via GPS. If we can't recover it, you'll need to report it to the police. We recommend keeping the U-lock secured whenever the bike is parked.

What happens after my 8 weeks?

Your plan continues at the standard weekly rate. You can return your bike at any time once the 8-week minimum is up — no notice required.
