Your NIU e-bike comes with a 3-month limited warranty starting on the day you receive it.

It covers only the parts and labor listed in the Zoomo warranty document provided at pickup; other repairs are not included unless you have a maintenance plan.

Can I buy this scooter style e-bike without a driver's license?

Riders 18 or older require no driver's license for this scooter-style e-bike.

Is it a one seater and is it suitable for delivery?

The NIU UQi+ can convert to a two-seater with an add-on seat kit or a delivery scooter with a rear rack.

What is the range of the NIU UQi+?

The max range is 115km (71 miles) and it has a swappable lithium battery.
