What do I do if my bike needs repair?

Wear & tear repairs and servicing are included in your subscription. You can book your service or repair in the 'Rider Hub' in the footer of the website, or click here. If it’s urgent, please send us a message at hello.de@ridezoomo.com.

What does my electric bike subscription include?

Whichever plan you choose, we've added lots of extras to help you enjoy your e-bike from day one.

All plans include:

- Secure U-lock

- USB port for mobile phone charging

In addition, you will have specific benefits depending on the subscription plan you choose. Our in-store team will be happy to present you with the full list of inclusions offered by each plan.

What are the requirements for renting?

A copy of your photo ID and a copy of proof of address in Germany

What if my bike is stolen?

Contact us as soon as possible; there is a possibility of recovering it thanks to the GPS. If you are unable to recover it, we will need you to report the incident to any police station.

How long does the electric bike battery last?

With the electric battery, you can drive for up to 8 hours or more, depending on how efficiently you drive.

What happens if I lose my bike or it gets stolen?

Please immediately report to the police and notify Zoomo representatives. A secure lock is included in your rental with Zoomo and we will also provide you with a guide on how to lock your bike securely. We also advise that you take out Theft cover options to reduce your liability.
