No. Although our bikes are designed for delivery people, they can be used by anyone.
We want you to be able to ride as soon as possible and with peace of mind, which is why your subscription includes:
- 24/7 access to your Zoomo electric bike
- A battery charger
- A phone holder (subject to availability)
- A USB port for phone charging on the go
- A secure U-lock
- Comprehensive maintenance and customer support
- A safety briefing.
To schedule a return, go to your personal space at the bottom of the website page. Note that returns require a 7-day notice according to your rental agreement. You must return the bike to the location where you picked it up. You must continue to pay the fee until the end of this 7-day period. Repairs and maintenance are included in your subscription. You can book your service or repair in your personal space at the bottom of the website page, or click here. If it's urgent, please send us a direct message via chat or email us.
Please report it immediately to the police and inform Zoomo representatives. A secure lock is included in your rental with Zoomo, and we will also provide you with a guide on how to lock your bike safely. We also advise you to take out Damage and Loss coverage options to reduce your liability.
