I don’t want to give up my Zoomo bike, is there anything that I can do?

Yes! We have a special one time offer for our current customers where you can purchase your bike at a discounted rate of $899. If you would like to do so, please email us at and we will contact you with additional details.

What is the latest date I can bring the bike back by?

Your Zoomo e-Bike must be returned or purchased before November 25th, 2022.

What happens if I do not return my bike before November 25th?

If you are unable to return your bike before November 25th, you must notify us. If you do not notify us and if we are unable to reach you via email, call, or text, your bike will be locked via our remote smart lock system. 

Do I need an appointment to bring the bike back or can I just walk in?

We DO NOT require an appointment for returns, however we are still taking appointments to guarantee faster service. You can schedule a return appointment here:

Can I arrange a pick-up of my bike?

Yes, if you would like to arrange a pick-up, please contact us at

What if I have a spare battery?

You can choose to either return or purchase your spare battery. If you would like to purchase your spare battery, please email us at If you do not wish to purchase your spare, you must return it with your bike by November 25th. If you do not return your spare battery by then, you will be billed for $300.


I want to continue riding on my Zoomo but I don’t have the funds right now to purchase the bike,  is there anything I can do to purchase the bike?

We have several payment options with our Ride Now, Pay Later program including Klarna, Shoppay, and Afterpay.. If you would like to learn more, please email us at and we will contact you with additional details.

Do I have to stop in the store to convert my rental plan to a purchase or can I reach out to customer service for that?

No you do not, however, you are more than welcomed to! If you would like to purchase your bike, please contact us at and we will guide you through step by step instructions on how to convert your rental plan to a sale.

I am behind on rent, can I pay that off and then purchase the bike?

Yes, if you pay off your outstanding balance you can purchase the bike you are renting for $899 + Tax.

Can I purchase my extra battery?

Yes, you can purchase your extra battery at a discounted price of $300, which is 50% off the retail price. If you would like to do so, please email us at

Does my deposit go towards the purchase of the bike?

If you are not using one of the Ride Now, Pay Later options that we offer, we can apply the refundable deposit towards the purchase of your bike. If you are opting to use one of those options then your deposit will be refunded.


I am on an RTO plan and owe less than $899 on the bike, how much would I have to pay to purchase it outright?

We will calculate how much you owe on the bike and that will be the purchase price, you’ll be contacted individually.

I am on an RTO plan and do not have the money to purchase it outright or go through any of the payment plan options, do I get my down payment back?

Yes, you are eligible to receive your down payment back provided that the state of the bike is in good condition and there is no evidence of negligible behavior.


What if I am on the Boost plan?

If you are on the Boost plan, you can choose to end your contract early without any penalty and return the bike before November 25th or purchase your bike for $899 + tax.

I have paid $199 for the Boost plan in the last two weeks. If I return the bike will I be compensated for the unused time?

Yes, you will receive a refund for any unused weeks.
