The offer is for riders who are not on the swap network yet. Right now, new riders joining also get their first month free, while spots last.
At sign-up in the Zoomo store in Berlin, your friend gives the team your full name and the email on your Zoomo account. The team records you as the referrer. Referrals cannot be added afterwards.
Once your friend completes their first month on the network, we add €10 as credit to your battery swapping subscription.
Yes, there is no limit. Every qualifying referral earns you €10. If your credits add up to more than €70 in one month, the remainder carries over to the following month. Credits can only be used on your battery swapping subscription.
It is added as a credit to your battery swapping subscription, not paid out in cash. The credit is applied once your friend completes their first month on the network.
Your friend must be new to the swap network. The offer applies only to riders who have never had a battery swapping subscription with us before.

The €10 is added as a credit to your active battery swapping subscription once your friend completes their first month on the network. Credits above €70 in a single month carry over to the next month, and are valid only against the swapping subscription.
There is no limit on how many riders you can refer. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not qualify, and we reserve the right to withhold the bonus in cases of abuse.
