1. Scan the QR code poster to open the app
2. Select Check status
3. Scan the QR code on the bike frame, known as the Zoomo ID (ZID)
a. A GREEN screen indicates that the bike is reported as working well in Zoomo’s system.
b. A RED screen indicates that the bike is reported as requiring servicing in the Zoomo system.
When you use Check status, we automatically update the location of the vehicle on Zoomo’s system.
The Take stock button allows you to update the location of one or several vehicles on Zoomo’s systems, easily. If performing a stocktake, you may also request a list of all scanned vehicles by contact help@ridezoomo.com or your Account Manager.

3. Scan the QR code on the bike frame, known as the Zoomo ID (ZID)
a. You can scan multiple bikes by selecting Scan more... on the next screen
4. Once done, select Review List
5. Once you have reviewed this list of scanned bikes, click Update all
6. That’s it!

3. Enter the name of the vehicle to be reported
4. Click Submit
Your camera is disabled by your browser. To enable it, follow instructions below:
For iOS / iPadOS:
1. Tap the Aa accessibility icon on the left of the URL bar
2. Select Website Settings
3. Enable Camera, switch to Allow
4. Refresh the page

1. Re-scan the QR code provided to your location
2. If the above doesn't work, and the location listed shows the wrong site, contact help@ridezoomo.com to request a new poster
We update the location of your bike on our systems when you use the app and scan a bike for any feature. This allows us to provide you more accurate uptime metrics by site.
When you first open the app by scanning the QR code, you can bookmark the app in your browser, and you can even add it to your home screen for easy access in the future.

Android Support:
1.Launch the browser
2.Press Menu then select Bookmarks
3.Long press any bookmark and click Add Shortcut to Homescreen
