Frequently asked questions

Do I need to use a Zoomo e-bike to be eligible for Zoomo maintenance subscriptions?

No. We service all types of bikes, ranging from Zoomo e-bikes and other e-bikes to regular push bikes. See excluded bikes in our T&Cs for a list of bikes we currently can't offer servicing for. If you're in doubt, please contact us at hello@ridezoomo.com with your bike brand, model and any damaged parts and we will let you know if we can service your bike.

What brands of bikes are eligible for your maintenance plans?

All Zoomo, NCM and Smartmotion branded bikes. We hold regular inventory for repair of these brands, so expect a shorter wait time. We can service most other brands but please check with us before coming to the store. We may need to order parts in for these brands depending on the damage to your bike.

Do you service regular push bikes?

Yes! We service most regular push bikes, not just e-bikes. Book a service using the same booking form above. Please check our excluded bikes in our T&Cs to double-check if we can service your specific bike

If my bike is damaged beyond what's included in my maintenance subscription, do I need to pay?

We charge an additional $60/hr for labour above what is included in your maintenance subscription, plus the cost of any replacement parts. We will communicate cost before replacing any parts.

What is the minimum length of time I need to commit to for your maintenance subscriptions?

Our maintenance plans are paid weekly, however there is a minimum subscription term of 9 weeks. You need to stay with us for at least 9 weeks before cancelling, otherwise you will need to pay out the remainder of your subscription

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

To cancel you subscription, please reach out to hello@ridezoomo.com and they will help you cancel. Please note there is a minimum subscription term of 9 weeks required before cancelling, otherwise you will need to pay out the remainder of your subscription

Terms & Conditions

Launch Promotion: first 4 weeks free promotion is only available for subscriptions started before 11:59PM November 30, 2020. Any subscriptions started after this will not be eligible for this promotion

More than 2 spokes will incur further charges

All maintenance plans require an initial damage check and report within out workshops. Bikes that are severely damaged will incur additional labour and replacement parts costs to bring back to a safe, rideable condition

Wheel adjustment will be carried out where possible. For severe faults,the wheel may require replacing and will incur further charges

For Roadside Assistance, we will do our best to repair your bike on the spot, however for more severe damage, we will need to take the bike to one of our workshops

Tyres must have been used for a minimum of 12 weeks before a placement will be provided under our maintenance plans

All additional maintenance work above and beyond your plan will will be charged at $60/hr plus the cost of parts depending on your plan

Damage beyond normal wear and tear, including caused by accidents, neglect or abuse will incur a charge

Improper assembly (after leaving the place of purchase) is excluded

Fixing improper follow-up maintenance from non-Zoomo mechanics is excluded

All plans include a maximum of 1 visit per 30 days
